Tax: Only items shipped in the state of Washington will be taxed. Washington's tax rate is 7.9%.
Shipping: We ship within the Continental U.S. and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and are based on the weight, size and destination of your package. If you need expedited delivery service, please let us know. Additional charges may apply.
If you are in the local area, you may arrange to puck up your order in lieu of having it shipped. Please contact us to schedule a convenient date and time.
Shipping Delivery Times: Because we freshly prepare our products, all orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days from order date.
Refunds: Simply return your purchase to us within 14 days stating that you would like a refund. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and note the reason for the return. We will reimburse the full value of the returned goods (less shipping and handling charges) to your credit card within 5 days of receipt of items.
Exchanges: Simply return your purchase to us within 14 days that you would like an exchange. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and note the reason for the exchange. We will mail the replacement items within 6 business days at no additonal cost to you. Please not that exchanges are conditional on the return of goods to us in their original packaging and in unused condition.
